It requires a focused mind as well as flowing physical movements.  It uses smooth movements that tone and stretch your body. It also increases strength and flexibility in your muscles and joints…

Pilates exercises work the body as a whole rather that over emphasizing individual areas of particular muscle groups…

In Pilates the Mind is used to control the muscles….

 

Group Pilates Classes:

Thursdays 10 am-10:55am

 Monday evening 5:30pm-6:25pm

 $6.00 per class with a punch card

walk-ins  $8.00  a class

Come participate in a free style Body movement class..
We will connect body, mind and spirit with flowing and free movements.
Each participant making the dance their own..
Walk away with a great work-out and a connection to Self…
Wednesdays starting May 2nd at 5:30pm
Drop-ins $5..or 6 class punch card $25
